Lego Challenges

Last week the Wednesday Scouts took part in Lego challenges. They were given a pile of random Lego pieces and tasked with building a house, specifically one with 2 windows, at least 60 bricks and a rocket in the garden.

They also competed to see who could build the tallest tower to withstand a soft toy being dropped onto it.

Finally, a creative challenge to design four of the strangest looking characters possible from the provided pieces. Each one had to somewhere incorporate two conventional Lego body parts, (a head and legs, not necessarily in their usual position) and had to stand on platforms of differing height.

The Scouts showed some great teamwork and creativity.
