If you would like to add your young person to the waiting list, please use the form below to share your contact details and their name and date of birth. We'll be in touch to let you know when a space might be available.

We do give priority where a parent or guardian is willing to volunteer, so please indicate whether you would be able to help and how. For more information on volunteering, see the volunteer page
